You can travel by express train (ICE/IC/EC) to Jenbach (20 km) or Wörgl (25 km). Regional trains stop in Brixlegg or Rattenberg. From there there are scheduled buses to Alpbach or you can book a connecting transfer via Alpbach Tourismus GmbH.

The fastest way to reach Alpbach is via the Inn Valley motorway A12 (toll road). Take the motorway to the exit Kramsach – from there it is just 9 km to Alpbach. A toll free alternative if coming from Munich is via the Tergernsee/Achensee pass.
